National President, Football Fans Club of Nigeria, FFCN, *Ambassador Oluwakemi Ogunfuwa* has sent her official congratulatory message to the newly elected President of the Nigeria Football Federation, *Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau* and the entire members of the Board for their resounding victory at the Elective Congress held on Friday in Benin City, the Edo State capital. 


Gusau, who was until the elections, the Chairman of Chairmen and doubles as Zamfara State Football Association Boss emerged  victorious in a keenly contested elections. The Business tycoon who was visibly present in Benin to celebrate with newly elected President and the entire Board members described NFF supremo as a servant leader who spent his time and resources to impact human life.


"My warmest congratulatory message goes to the newly elected President of the Nigeria Football Federation, *Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau* and the entire Board Members over their victory at Elective congress held in Benin on Friday. As much as I know,  Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau is a man of his words, a simple and straight forward leader.He has a listening ears and strong affinity to progress. He is a leader with large heart as his personality is endearing. He knows the terrain already and has a blueprint that will change the face of Nigerian football. He has done a lot for us as a Football Fans Club and I'm not surprised that his lofty gesture paid off today. Once again, congratulations Sir.

FIFA to Reportedly Probe $1.2 Million Stadium Project in Kebbi State

According to reports, FIFA’s Compliance and Governance Department raised concerns over the implementation process following public outage over transparency and quality of the project, which was funded through the FIFA Forward 2.0 initiative designed to assist member associations with infrastructure and football development. NFF SCANDAL: I Advised Amaju Pinnick Against Siting FIFA Stadium Project in Ugborodo - Chief Ayiri

By Chimaobi Jose Nzoromobi  Warri billionaire businessman and All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, Chief Ayiri Emami, has revealed he advised former Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) President, Amaju Pinnick, not to locate the FIFA Forward Project stadium in Ugborodo, Delta State. In a video currently trending on social media, Chief Emami said his advice was based purely on practical and economic reasons that could have affected the timely and cost-effective completion of the project. He noted that the logistical challenges and high cost of transporting construction materials and equipment to Ugborodo made it less suitable for such project given the amount available.
