Pato jets into London complete loan switch to Chelsea

 Chelsea have been finalising a deal for Brazilian striker Alexandre Pato as they look to add to their firepower


Brazilian striker Alexandre Pato was Chelsea-bound on Wednesday morning after boarding a plane from Sao Paulo to Heathrow airport.

The 26-year-old's flight is due to arrive in London in the afternoon after an 11-and-a-half-hour journey from Guarulhos International Airport.

Pato represented Brazil at the London Olympics in 2012 and has scored 10 times while earning 27 caps
The Blues are set to conclude a deal for the former AC Milan prodigy this week ahead of their FA Cup clash at MK Dons on Sunday afternoon.

In a video currently trending on social media, Chief Emami said his advice was based purely on practical and economic reasons that could have affected the timely and cost-effective completion of the project. He noted that the logistical challenges and high cost of transporting construction materials and equipment to Ugborodo made it less suitable for such project given the amount available.
