Nigerian defender poised for loan move away from Monaco

Echiejile is eyeing a loan move from Monaco to enable him play regularly
Left back Elderson Echiejile is on the verge of a loan move away from AS Monaco.

The Nigerian defender, who is desperate for more first team action this season, is being linked with French side Lille and two other unnamed Spanish sides.
With new Nigeria coach Sunday Oliseh insisting that only regular starters would be called up to his side, the left back is keen to impress.
Echiejile played 22 times for Monaco and scored once last season but is not prepared to play second fiddle to French star Lavyin Kurzawa this term.
"Elderson is most likely to go out on loan to get more regular action and that could be decided in the coming days if we get a good valuation for him," a close source told joseobi
"He is looking forward to get more playing time and staying fit to represent his country."
