Papy Djilobodji is on Chelsea's radar as they look to sign a defender before the window shuts

Chelsea are close to signing Nantes defender Papy Djilobodji.

The 6ft 4ins Senegal international has been courted by Celtic, Southampton, Newcastle, Leicester and Sunderland this summer but has been holding out for a bigger club.
Chelsea are pursuing various options as they look to strengthen a defence that has looked vulnerable in recent weeks.
And according to Nantes, Djilobodji is in London undergoing a medical before signing a four-year deal at Stamford Bridge in a deal worth £4million.

FIFA to Reportedly Probe $1.2 Million Stadium Project in Kebbi State

In a video currently trending on social media, Chief Emami said his advice was based purely on practical and economic reasons that could have affected the timely and cost-effective completion of the project. He noted that the logistical challenges and high cost of transporting construction materials and equipment to Ugborodo made it less suitable for such project given the amount available.
