Mikel dreams more trophies with Nigeria
Nigeria and Chelsea of England player John Obi Mikel has expressed his zeal to win more trophies with the Super Eagles just like he is doing with his west London outfit.



Mikel is expected to feature for Nigeria when Stephen Keshi’s side battle El Tri of Mexico in an international friendly on March 5.

 According to him, the Super Eagles need more warm up games to build a solid team ahead of the 2014 Fifa World Cup in Brazil.

 “My personal goal is to make sure that I am part of a very successful team. I have won trophies with Chelsea and I want to win trophies with the national team as well,” Mikel told Brilafm.net.

 “Up until this happens, I won’t be satisfied with my international career. We need to prepare well, play friendly games, and try to make sure that we get a good team before the World Cup.

 “We had a very bad outing at the last World Cup so we hope that in 2014, we can play very well,” he concluded.

In a video currently trending on social media, Chief Emami said his advice was based purely on practical and economic reasons that could have affected the timely and cost-effective completion of the project.
