Arsenal 4-1 Sunderland: Goal-hungry Giroud back with a bang
Olivier Giroud scored twice as Arsenal demolished Sunderland 4-1 at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday.
The Frenchman was restored to the starting line-up in place of Yaya Sanogo by manager Arsene Wenger and duly repaid his faith with two first-half goals.
Tomas Rosicky then added a third in magnificant fashion, before Laurent Koscielny added insult to injury with a fourth after half-time, despite a late consolation from Emanuele Giaccherini.
