Juan Mata may be on his way to Manchester United, but there is another bright talent emerging at Chelsea.

One of more than 20 Chelsea players getting regular football out on loan, the 20-year-old's exploits for Zulte Waregem over the past 18 months haven't gone unnoticed.

The gong recognises the best player in the Belgian Pro League for 2013. Last term Zulte almost won the title for the first time in their relatively short history and his Hazard's form also earned him a call up to the senior Belgium squad.
Previous winners include Vincent Kompany, Jan Ceulemans, Paul van Himst and Dieumerci Mbokani.
Meanwhile, the midfielder, who has yet to make an appearance for Chelsea, wants to quit Zulte and join Anderlecht.
