Kenneth Omeruo has been included in the Golden Boy shortlist

Nigeria defender Kenneth Omeruo has been shortlisted for the 2013 Golden Boy award.
The 20-year old Chelsea center back made the cut following his superb performance with the Super Eagles at the Africa Cup of Nations and the Fifa Confederations Cup in Brazil.

The award organised by Italian outfit, Tuttosport will see the Nigerian battle with the likes of Oxlade-Chamberlain, Romelu Lukaku, Raphael Varane, Paul Pogba amongst othersfor the prestigious honour.

FIFA to Reportedly Probe $1.2 Million Stadium Project in Kebbi State

By Chimaobi Jose Nzoromobi  Warri billionaire businessman and All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, Chief Ayiri Emami, has revealed he advised former Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) President, Amaju Pinnick, not to locate the FIFA Forward Project stadium in Ugborodo, Delta State. In a video currently trending on social media, Chief Emami said his advice was based purely on practical and economic reasons that could have affected the timely and cost-effective completion of the project. He noted that the logistical challenges and high cost of transporting construction materials and equipment to Ugborodo made it less suitable for such project given the amount available.
