United 1 Chelsea 0: Rooney will NOT hand in transfer request

Rooney is not leaving UnitedManchester United's Wayne Rooney has no plans to force a move to Chelsea by handing in a formal transfer request.
On Monday, Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho gave the 27-year-old 48 hours to decide whether he wants to join his club.
Chelsea have had two bids turned down for the striker this summer, including one of at least £25m this month.
But the striker has now been reintegrated into the United squad and started the 0-0 draw against Chelsea at Old Trafford on Monday.
In July, Rooney had indicated he wanted to leave the club after being left"angry and confused" by his role at United.

In a video currently trending on social media, Chief Emami said his advice was based purely on practical and economic reasons that could have affected the timely and cost-effective completion of the project.
