Balotelli agent to present latest Milan bid to Manchester City

Mario Balotelli 's agent, Mino Raiola, is set to present  AC Milan 's latest bid for the controversial striker to  Manchester City  on Monday. Raiola was in Milan last week in an attempt to resolve the Italy international's future and  Rossoneri vice-president Adriano Galliani suggested on Sunday evening that there had been new developments in the saga.

Benteke signed a four-year contract last summer and has been favoured - alongside the promising Andreas Weimann - ahead of Darren Bent.  With Bent set to leave at the end of the season, Lambert will be desperate to keep hold of   who signed a four-year contract in the ­summer.

'Zambia dubious penalty' ref sent home

Egyptian referee Ghead Grisha who awarded a dubious penalty for Zambia against Nigeria has been sent packing.  Grisha hogged the headlines when he awarded a highly controversial penalty against the Super Eagles late in a Group C match on Friday to allow champions Zambia to draw level at the Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit.
